The aim of our Internship program is to give you an opportunity to have experience as an employee at 4ward. You will be given the chance to further develop your skills and knowledge, and get a clear image of all the aspects the career you are striving to develop.

The selection process for employment in 4Ward consists of 5 stages:
· PRELIMINARY SELECTION: review whether the candidates fulfill the minimum criteria for the job position they apply.
· FIRST INTERVIEW: the first interview consists of two parts, technical and personality section, and has a purpose of further exploration of candidate’s qualities.
· APTITUDE AND ATTAINMENT TESTING: specially designed test with the purpose of exploring candidate’s knowledge and skills.
· SECOND INTERVIEW: short list candidates meet with 4Ward managers, and last gathering of information is executed. This information is used for the final selection of candidates.
· TRIAL PERIOD: the elected candidate is given an opportunity to learn about 4Wards way of work, meet with the staff and get better introduced to the company as a whole. The candidate is given the chance to prove him/herself in the area of work he/she applied for. This phase allows the candidate and the company to determine if they have made the right choice, and whether the cooperation will continue in the future.
